Reports - Payroll App


To view the Payroll reports, tap Reports at the bottom of the screen.

You have 2 options, Payroll Summary or Pay Slips.

Payroll Summary

  1. Enter a Report period by tapping on Select date range.
  2. Tap the start day for the report then the end date and tap Done.
  3. The Payroll Summary will display for all employees.
  4. Swipe to see the summary for each employee.

Pay slips

  1. Selecting Pay Slips will show all pay slips that have been produced so they can be resent to employees.
  2. Tap on a Pay Slip to view the employees included in that pay run.
  3. A pay slip can then be emailed to the employee by selecting the employee then tapping Send Pay slips.
