Reckon Insights: Demo Book

Published date: 01 May 2023
Reckon Insights is more than just a reporting tool. It is a visualisation and analytical platform used to explore, analyse, and share business analytics.

Currently Reckon Insights has two data sources that can be analysed; a Reckon Accounts Hosted Company file and a Reckon One Book. Data sources will be expanded further to variety of platforms in the near future.

About the Insights Demo Book

The Insights Demo Book is fictionalised data that allows a first time user to visualise the power of our analytical tool.

We avoided creating simple demo data which would just result in linear reporting and visualisations, and want the Insights Demo Book to be as realistic as possible. In order to simulate a real-life scenario, we placed ourselves in a business mindset, creating quality and accurate data.

Some benefits to this approach:

  • Allows showcasing to clients, partners, senior management and customers
  • Allows uniformity when it comes to development, replication, testing and reporting
  • It can be used to demonstrate to potential customers
  • Usability for most disciplines within the business

Users that can benefit includes:

  • Trial users of various Reckon products
  • New users of Reckon Accounts Hosted or Reckon One
  • Existing users performing sampling of Reckon Insights reports and visualisations
