Legacy KB ID: 4501

Question

Why when I click on the QuickBooks Database Server Manager icon in the lower right corner of a Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2003, it disappears without any message?  I can launch it from Start > All Programs > QuickBooks > QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
