Add client subscriptions

Reckon Partner can add a subscription on behalf of a client where either the client or the Partner can pay and manage it.

Client Pays

Reckon Partner can initiate a Reckon product subscription of a client where the client will pay and manage their subscription. The client will need to approve the subscription before the subscription gets activated.

The Partner needs appropriate application permission to view the product.

 

  1. Login to Reckon Customer Portal
  2. Go to Partners > Client List
  3. You can either:
    • Create a brand new client account by clicking 
    • Or, you can choose an existing client and click on   (next to Client Subscription) to add new subscription
       
  4. Choose “My Client will purchase and manage their subscription” and click NEXT
  5. Choose the product

    Reckon One

    Enter the book's details, followed by the choosing the required modules and then hit SUBMIT to complete the purchase request.

Reckon Cloud POS

Enter the store's name and hit SUBMIT to complete the purchase request

 

  1. Your client will receive an email notifying them of the subscription purchase request
  2. Your client can now approve/reject this subscription request by logging into Reckon Customer Portal
    • Reckon One:
      Once approved, to view your client's book, you will need to get appropriate application permission by clicking “Edit permission” link under the book's OPEN button
    • Reckon Cloud POS:
      Once approved, to view your client's store, your client will have to give you appropriate application permission, which will show up straightaway after they approve.

 

 

Partner Pays

Reckon Partner can also purchase a subscription for a client where the Partner will pay and manage their subscription. 

  1. Login to Reckon Customer Portal
  2. Go to Partners Client List
  3. You can either:
    • Create a brand new client account by clicking 
    • Or, you can choose an existing client and click on   (next to Client Subscription) to add new subscription
       
  4. Choose "I will purchase and manage their subscription" and click NEXT
  5. Choose the product
     

    Reckon One

    Enter the book's details, followed by the choosing the required modules and then hit CHECKOUT to complete the purchase request

    Reckon Cloud POS

    Enter the store's name and hit CHECKOUT to complete the purchase request

 

  1. Enter your Credit Card details on the payment screen and click on "SUBMIT & CHECKOUT" to complete the process
  2. You can now view the Book/Store from the specific product under "My Products" section

Your client can view the Book/Store from "Shared with me" tab under the specific product from "My Products" section
